How to be a holiday entertainer for kids?

I am a dancer, actor and singer, but want to move preferbley to Ibiza
for a season to work as an entertainer. I know the company 'Crazy
Company' and have sent an application but not sure if they do the
London castings anymore.

How can I get in to this?
